The Preventive Maintenance (PM) program is designed to prevent system downtime by detecting and prevent costly problems and maximize system up-time. The Preventive Maintenance program includes all variations of Microsoft products. Maintenance work will be accomplished only from a remote connection made via the Internet. The Preventive Maintenance program is customizable to our customers needs.
This agreement is for a month by month basis. If the client wishes to end this contract, they must do so in writing. Cancellations must be received no less than 15 business days before the new contract month. All preventive maintenance payments must be prepaid and are billed at the 1st of every month.
Please note that this is not an “all-inclusive” support agreement to perform repairs or provide on-site service. This is to be considered for preventive maintenance only. All regular maintenance will be billed at a rate and per hour with a 1 hour minimum on site or in 15 minute increments if work is accomplished remotely via an Internet connection.
Note Preventive Maintenance does not guarantee system downtime or crashes!
